I started JOT (Just One Thing) after facilitating countless hours of workshops and seminars on topics related to health and wellness. Working with groups as large as 300+ and as intimate as 15, I work with teams on managing stress, building resilience and taking small, consistent steps towards living the healthiest and happiest life possible.
After 20 years of writing, researching and working in the field of health and wellness, my JOT is the practice of mindfulness. It's the single thing that has made the biggest impact. It's why I most recently went through the certification process in MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) and bring the practice of mindfulness into all of my work.
I facilitate and collaborate with businesses of all sizes across industries with a focus on making the conversation around health and wellness accessible and practical. My goal is that each person leaves our time together with a new tool or technique for their overall wellbeing and vibrance.
My coaching work with individuals focuses on adolescents and teenagers who struggle with anxiety.
Integrate mindfulness into your overall health and wellness strategy. Leveraging experiential learning and research-based content, I coach and create content that is rooted in the work on MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction).
